A. $250 Per/Mo (for 36 hours of recording time)
3 hours per day X 3 days per week =9 hours total per week
Your income potential if you charge your clients $45 per hour
is $405.00 per week X 4 weeks (in a month)=$1600 per month
B. $ Per/Mo (for 72 hours of recording time)
4 hours per day X 3 days per week =12 hours total per week
Your income potential if you charge your clients $45 per hour
is $540.00 per week X 4 weeks (in a month)=$2160 per month
C. $500 Per/Mo (for 72 hours of recording time)
6 hours per day X 3 days per week =18 hours total per week
Your income potential if you charge your clients $45 per hour
is $810.00 per week X 4 weeks (in a month)=$3240 per month
Assuming you already know how to run Pro Tools Pro, as well as already know a few artists who wants
to record their music.
#1- set the time to record your artists with your artists first; then call the
studio to schedule the time with us
#2-we will advise you every step of the way on managing your sessions with
your clients and provide free tech support for any issues you may have with
using our studio equipment.
Our Rules Of Thumb: There are no adjustments on monthly rentals if you do not use the time in your rental plan;
Explanation: You may have a client that cancel an appointment; no problem; you can always schedule another day
for any cancellations during the month: Problem Solved
More: We demand respect for our equipment; that means; select comfortable volume for the room; no liquids on or
around the equipment, be careful with head phone cables; micro phones etc, do not change the preference settings
for Pro-Tools, do not change the sound configuration; meaning; mixer settings, Sound cards defaults etc.
No smoking of any kind will be allowed in our studios; make sure you inform your
clients in advance
Do not allow your clients to be accompanied by no more than 2 guests; we have limited
space in the studio for guests; keep it business

Quick Start Help: Things that will help you get off to a great start
.Suggested Monthly Starting Plan: We suggest you start with Plan A ($250 Per/Mo Rental) to get started right away. so if you don't already have clients; you can make your money back in a week or so; depending on your marketing strategies. If you advertise they will come; Then as your clients increase;then move up to the next Plan, b, Then C
.Advertising: .Get free business cards from www.vistaprint.com , advertise your prices free on
www.craigslist.com and/ or for around $2 for two weeks on www.backpages.com, use your www.facebook.com, www.twitter.com accounts.
.Order flyers ( about 1000-5000) you can get flyers made for around $75 for 5000- Put them on the walls at the mail boxes at apt complexes; (do not put flyers inside or on the mail boxes) Most apts have bulletin boards on the walls of their resident’s mail box structure/ building.

business do not like leaving voice mails; so be ready to take their calls; if you miss a call; call
the prospects back from your miss call log.
.Managing your time: Purchase a pocket calendar and keep it in your pocket; and be ready
to take down your callers: Name, Contact#: You tell them when you have a block open and schedule the appointment accordingly.
